Ronald,

First, thank you for using the service.

We will add more photos as time goes on, and the articles as well. We are busy stabilizing the service and hope to give you more of the best team news and information by this weekend.

Thanks, Ty Ahmad-Taylor, FanFeedr CEO and Founder

Ronald,

Thank you fornusing FanFeedr. With the new service, there is no way to directly track players on the web site. However, using the FanFeedr mobile applications, you can set up feeds for individual players.
We may add player tracking functionality in the future on the web site.
Thank you again, and please give us feedback about the redesign when you get a moment.
Sincerely, Ty Ahmad-Taylor, FanFeedr CEO and Founder

Robbie,

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write to us.

Secondly, we have provided sub-par service this past month as we have prepared for the transition to the new FanFeedr. That is my responsibility, and I apologize to you and our users, directly.

We have a new back-end architecture in place that scales much better, and we won't have the downtime issues that have plagued us in August.

Lastly, you point out that the new version of the service requires that you keep open multiple tabs. You are right in this regard. We conducted extensive user surveys in June and found that most users were a fan of a single team, and thus the whole FanFeedr premise was over-conceived.

That having been said, if you have an iPhone, iPad or Android device, you can use any of our newly-stable MOBILE applications and still get your combined FanFeed. You can see those applications, here:

http://blog.fanfeedr.com/fanfeedrs-mobile-applications/

We will give you much better service in the future, and we thank you for your patience.

Sincerely, Ty Ahmad-Taylor, FanFeedr CEO and Founder
